Replacing the broken dock-connector in my old iPhone 3GS with a working one from an otherwise slightly broken donor phone. The operation was a success, and the phone is now happily charging and synching again, and will probably last me until Apple introduces iPhone 6 next year. ;-) Due to bad planning and camera positioning this video is not as helpful as it might have been ...
